How GrantFlow works
With GrantFlow, the application and assessment processes are simplified by offering a unified interface for all three stakeholders. The participation of businesses interested in grant programs begins with logging into the app, creating an account, and selecting the funding stream for which they wish to be considered. The application process continues with the providing of all necessary information and documentation. Applicants also have the ability to track their application so as to stay informed about their current status. Upon reaching the assessment phase, applications are reviewed, evaluated, scored, and ultimately selected by assessors.
Unlike applicants who self-register, assessors can only access the app after receiving an invitation from the CRM administrator and are limited to assessing applications assigned to them per funding stream.
The native connection between Zoho CRM and Zoho Creator allows administrators to manage the app without leaving CRM —assigning funding streams to assessors is facilitated by this functionality. Time-consuming tasks are now handled automatically, thanks to the integration of the application portal with CRM. With the ability to capture general contact details, once an applicant creates an account in the portal, their details and documentation are also available in CRM, saving time from manual entry and providing a more organized, structured way of working.

Thanks to the integration between Zoho Creator and Zoho CRM, administrators can perform a series of actions in CRM that are automatically visible on the platform built in Zoho Creator for users to see.
For example, these actions may include:
- Sending invitations to assessors to access the platform

- Creating new funding streams, available for application
