The Greek Ministry of Finance and the Independent Authority of Public Revenues introduced electronic bookkeeping for every company regardless of its legal form, size, or industry. Therefore, every Greek company, Voiceland included, must take the necessary actions to be following the new legislation. Moreover, Voiceland offers a variety of services and goods and there was a need for the company to stay up to date with the history of each client.
To successfully respond to the demanding challenges of the company, Repath focused on the implementation and customization of Zoho Books based on the business needs of Voiceland. To start with, let’s mention that Zoho Books by default does not support digital invoicing with AADE. However, at Repath we have established a secure and trusted connection with a 3rd party application that relates to AADE’s platform, myDATA. Through the integration of these systems we are able to offer digital invoicing to Zoho Books, fully compatible with the current Greek legislation.
Our team also created a series of rules in Zoho Books that gave the opportunity to the users of the app to avoid potential mistakes when completing the invoices. Our client can now feel safe and secure that all invoices will be created according to the special requirements of the AADE.
Another part of this project was the customization of the company’s Zoho CRM. Voiceland had already selected Zoho as the ideal software for their business; however, we identified new untapped opportunities for the company. Therefore, we proceeded with the optimization of Zoho CRM as the main tool of Voiceland where every user can have full access to the history of each client.
More specifically, we created two basic categories, one for the services and one for the products that Voiceland offers. We took advantage of the synchronization of Zoho Books, we created a series of algorithms and integrated Zoho Books with Zoho CRM. Through this process, every new entry in Zoho Books is automatically tracked in Zoho CRM as well.

These two projects are the beginning of the digital transformation journey of Voiceland towards a new era where automation and smart solutions are combined to offer long term benefits both for the employees and the customers of the company. The employees of Voiceland can now feel more confident that they follow correctly and efficiently the new legislations of the Greek Government, and the customers can enjoy more personalized services based on their purchase history.
At the same time, the solutions that we designed and implemented save significant time in the everyday work routine of the employees. They can now put their effort on the most crucial tasks that boost the ongoing growth of Voiceland.
