The data from different sources (email, calls, sms history, website visits and forms) were integrated into the CRM record of each customer respectively. As a result, Career in Progress can now easily track, analyze and segment its customer base while having all the information of their clients and contacts into one single unified place. Furthermore we added a ‘book a free consultation’ form to the website through which candidates can apply for a free session with the career consultants of Career in progress.
Candidates’ applications for free consultation land to the website and upon that an automated email is sent to the candidate. The email includes a link to Zoho Bookings, where the recipient can book a call based on the available time slots of Career in Progress’ agents. This eliminates the workload of arranging time slots manually by calling candidates to find a slot that works for both parties.
Career in Progress has a database of almost 20.000 job seekers in Greece. Very often, the company sends out massive newsletters to inform candidates about vacant positions, career opportunities, training seminars and many other actions. In addition, they send newsletters to users who subscribe from the website which has been integrated with Zoho Campaigns. As the services that Career in Progress offers is diversified, we configured Zoho Campaigns and developed workflows to auto assign candidate to the respective mailing list.
On behalf of its clients, the company is assigned to recruit talents and fulfill vacant job positions and very often receives hundreds of applications that need to be evaluated and categorized. Through Zoho Survey, an automated pre interview skill test is being test to the candidate and upon submission, the system records candidate’s score and mark him/her as qualified/disqualified. Moreover, candidate’s answers are stored into the respective CRM record as a pdf file and thus the company has all the data into a secure and GDPR compliant place.
We configured Zoho Meetings which is a secure online meeting platform and integrate it with Zoho CRM in order to schedule and arrange online interviews.
nother component of the solution was the integration with company’s social media and the ads account. Therefore, leads that are coming from social media sources are stored into CRM and upon that marketing workflows are triggered that help the company to categorize qualified from disqualified leads.
