We’re looking for a Junior Data Analyst to join our growing CRM team at Repath. You will be working closely with the team on client projects, you’ll bring to the table a drive for impact, a curious and tenacious approach and a relentless desire to help our clients optimize their processes through CRM and Markerting Automation Solutions.
What you’ll do:
- Be responsible for gathering, structuring, analyzing, understanding, aggregating, and presenting data.
- Develop and design data systems and reporting tools to discover opportunities for operational innovations and help us test those innovations in an analytically rigorous manner
- Build the infrastructure and integrations needed for optimal extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL) of data from a wide variety of data sources
- Design, develop and maintain a data analytics ecosystem and an optimal data pipeline architecture
- Build analytics tools and report systems that utilize the data pipeline to provide actionable insight into operational efficiency, customer acquisition and journey, and other key business performance metrics
- Ensuring the database is segmented effectively for targeted marketing activities.
- Customizing CRM to fit the needs of our clients.
- Executing and monitoring testing initiatives for all aspects of the CRM to ensure the most effective approach for our clients and their products.
- Working closely with all departments to ensure the CRM works effectively for our clients
What You Bring To Us
- Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Mathematics or Data Science
- You have good SQL querying capabilities
- Knowledge and experience in PowerBI or similar tool
- Highly skilled in using multiple data sources, and the ability to simplify and effectively visualize and communicate complex insights
- Attention to detail
- Good organisational skills
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work in a fast-moving/ fast-growth environment
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
