Based in Athens and London, Repath is a fast-growing technology start-up specialised in CRM and Marketing Automation Solutions. To support its rapid expansion, Repath is looking to hire for a full-time remote position a dynamic Digital Marketing Assistant.The ideal candidate will support various digital marketing initiatives and campaigns, assisting in the creation, implementation, and monitoring of digital marketing strategies. This entry-level position offers the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced environment and grow within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

Campaign Management and Execution:
Create and maintain marketing forms, customer journey maps, and workflows.
Develop and optimize email templates for various campaigns and customer segments.
Analyze customer journeys to identify drop-off points and suggest improvements.

Analytics and Reporting:
Gather data from various digital marketing channels (Google Analytics, social media insights, etc.).
Create and maintain regular reports on key metrics and campaign performance.
Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and areas for improvement.

SEO and Website Management:
Conduct keyword research and assist in on-page SEO optimization.
Help maintain and update the company website using CMS platforms (e.g., WordPress).
Monitor website performance and suggest improvements for SEO.

Email Marketing:
Assist in the development and execution of digital marketing campaigns across email, social media, and online ads.
Prepare and maintain reports on campaign performance, including email marketing metrics such as open rates and click-through rates.

PPC and Online Advertising:
Support the setup, monitoring, and optimization of PPC campaigns on platforms like Google Ads and social media.
Analyze campaign performance and provide recommendations for improvements.

Market Research:
Conduct research on industry trends, competitor activities, and target audience behavior.
Provide insights and recommendations based on research findings.

Administrative Support:
Assist with administrative tasks such as scheduling meetings, organizing files, and maintaining marketing calendars.
Coordinate with other departments to ensure cohesive marketing efforts.

What You Bring To Us:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
• Internship or previous experience in digital marketing is a plus, but not mandatory
• Familiarity with digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, social media management tools, email marketing       software).
• Basic understanding of SEO and PPC principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new digital marketing trends and technologies.
