Administrative Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Drafting emails and handling business communications
  • Follow up with the clients and nurturing leads
  • Interfacing with clients and customers
  • Scheduling and planning meetings and events
  • Online research and data collection
  • Reporting and analysis
  • Handle day-to-day accounting duties
  • Other administrative tasks and projects (generate invoices, creating tasks for employees)

 

Required qualifications:

  • Education: High School Diploma/ Bachelor
  • Experience: 1-2 years of proven related professional experience.
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Applications, specifically MS Word, Excel and Outlook.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in Greek and English (C2 level)
  • Talent to interact with people in a positive and courteous manner
  • Good communication, customer service, problem solving and team working skills
  • Organization, multi-tasking and time management skills
  • Detail-oriented and with good follow-up skills
  • Dependable and punctual
  • Flexible and able to prioritize tasks according to importance in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a high level of confidentiality
  • Professional appearance

 

Other desired qualifications:

  • Studies in Business Administration or related field will be preferred
  • Previous experience in an IT office environment will be considered an asset
