Job Summary
Based in Athens and London, Repath is a fast-growing technology start-up specialised in CRM and Marketing Automation Solutions. To support our rapid expansion we are seeking a proactive and client-focused Account Manager to join our team, specializing in software, app solutions, and digital transformation services. In this role, you will lead communication with prospects, drive client discovery to identify new opportunities, and deliver engaging product demos. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of IT solutions, with an emphasis on digitalization, automation, and process optimization across industries with a background in Marketing & Communication.
Key Responsibilities

Lead Communication with Prospects:
Serve as the main point of contact for potential clients, initiating and maintaining relationships through phone, email, and in-person meetings. Ensure a professional and consultative approach to understand their digital transformation needs. -
Client Discovery and Opportunity Creation:
Conduct detailed discovery sessions to understand client workflows, pain points, and business objectives related to digitalization. Develop a clear understanding of how our software, apps, and customized solutions can enhance their operations and create value. -
Product Demos:
Deliver impactful, informative product demonstrations of our software and application solutions, showcasing features that directly address client needs. Tailor these demos to meet the specific challenges faced by each prospect, emphasizing digitalization and process improvement. -
Pipeline Management:
Use CRM tools to track and manage leads, ensuring all stages of the sales pipeline are properly documented. Stay on top of follow-ups and keep clear communication regarding next steps with each prospect. -
Collaborate with Internal Teams:
Work closely with the sales, product development, and technical teams to ensure alignment on client needs. Collaborate to design custom solutions where necessary, and ensure smooth transitions from presales to post-sale support. -
Client Relationship Building:
Build long-term relationships with prospects by acting as a trusted consultant in their digital transformation journey. Maintain consistent contact, offer insights on industry trends, and recommend additional products or services to support their ongoing business needs. -
Market Research & Trend Analysis:
Stay informed about the latest trends in software, automation, and digitalization across different sectors. Provide clients with insights on how our solutions can help them stay ahead in an increasingly digital business environment -
Event Management & Marketing Support:
Manage company events, including planning, execution, and follow-up. Create case studies and contribute to the company’s digital presence and social media activities. -
Marketing Collaboration: Work closely with a marketing assistant to support overall marketing efforts, enhance the company’s visibility, and oversee the creation of all necessary digital content to ensure brand consistency and relevance across platforms.
Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Business, Sales, Marketing, Communication, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

Experience in IT sales, account management, or software solution selling.

Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts in a clear and approachable manner.

Proficiency in delivering both generic and highly customized software product demos.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Familiarity with CRM software and managing sales pipelines.

Background in marketing and communication, with previous experience in these areas.
Preferred Skills

Experience in the digitalization of business operations, particularly through software and app-based solutions.
